Bates has career night as Keystone drops road contest

Allentown, PA (2-8-10) - Keystone College's Yasmeen Bates had a memorable night as the senior cleaned the glass for a career high 21 rebounds, but it was not enough as the Giants fell at Cedar Crest College 64-55 in CSAC action.

With the victory Cedar Crest improved to 12-9 overall and 6-5 in the CSAC, while Keystone fell to 4-15 and 2-9.

Mighty Macs dominate overtime in topping Giants 74-61

La Plume, PA (2-8-10) - Immaculata University knotted the game with 2.5 seconds left in regulation, then used a 17-point overtime period to topple Keystone 74-61 in CSAC men's basketball action.

The Mighty Macs, who completed the season sweep of the Giants, improved to 13-8 overall and 11-3 in the CSAC, while Keystone, who saw its six game win streak snapped, fell to 14-6 and 9-4.

Track team sets two new program marks, while recording 10 personal records

East Stroudsburg, PA (2-7-10) - The Keystone College indoor track and field team had a super Sunday of their own, as the Giants set two new program records, while 10 Keystone student-athletes new personal best marks.

The 4x200 relay team of Maurice Evans, Mike Bolden, Ryan Fegley, and Brian Slater recorded a seventh place finish with a time of 1:37.28 to set one record, while Eric Shotto shaved nine seconds off the old mark in the 5000m with a time of 16:22.08.
