Volleyball ends CSAC schedule with victory

La Plume, PA (10-29-09) - Keystone College closed out its conference schedule with a 3-1 victory over Gwynedd-Mercy College. After dropping the first game 25-18, the Giants stormed back to take the next three games by scores of 25-22, 27-25 and 25-17.
With the win the Giants move to 3-17 overall and 2-9 in the CSAC, while the Griffins fall to 5-23 and 2-8.
Leah Simko led the Giants with 10 assists, while also contributing six digs and a pair of kills. Kendra Bianchi added seven assists to along with seven digs.
Heather Reiman added eight digs and seven kills. Nina Del Quaglio also added eight digs.
Keystone will close out its 2009 schedule Friday night at King's College. Match time is 7pm.
