Lions roar by Giants in women's soccer

Reading, PA (9-16-08) - Albright College recorded their first win of the season with a 4-0 victory over Keystone in non-conference women's soccer action.

With the victory Albright improves to 1-3, while Keystone falls to 0-4.  The game moved Keyst

one's scoreless streak to four games as the Giants have yet to record a goal this season.

Isla Wilczinski provided the bulk of the Albright offense, as she scored three times and assisted on the fourth goal.  The Lions built a 3-0 lead by the break and added a single goal in the second half to provide the final margin

Albright held a 34-2 advantage in shots as the Giants' Kelsey Kuhns (Walnutport, PA/Northampton) recorded an impressive 17 saves in net.

The team returns to action on Tuesday September 23 at 4pm when they open the conference portion of their schedule by hosting Centenary College.
