Wilkes downs Giants field hockey

Kingston, PA (9-20-08) - Wilkes University scored four times in each half as the Colonels downed Keystone 8-1 in non-conference field hockey action.

Wilkes stayed perfect with the win moving to 7-0, while Keystone evened its mark at 3-3.

Nicole Macedonio netted Keystone's lone goal at 31:41 off an assist from Samantha Morgan.

The team returns to action on Wednesday September 24 at 4pm when they travel to Neumann for their conference opener.
