La Plume, PA (2-19-09) - The Keystone College men's basketball team suffered through their worst shooting night of the season hitting only 25.9% from the field as the Giants fell to Gwynedd-Mercy College 65-62.
The game concluded the regular season slates for both squads, as Gwynedd-Mercy moved to 20-5 overall and 13-3 in the CSAC, while Keystone fell to 17-8 and 10-6.
Gwynedd-Mercy will enter the 2009 CSAC playoffs as the top seed, while the Giants will enter as the third seed. The Giants will host Centenary College on Saturday at 3pm in a quarterfinal contest.

Despite the sub-par opening twenty minutes, the Giants trailed by only nine points at the half. However, the second half didn't provide much relief as they once again struggled from the field hitting only seven shots from the field.
Matt Johnson netted 15 points to lead three Gwynedd-Mercy players in double figure. Haven Wroten added 14, while Jack Forth chipped in with 10.
Spencer Lunger (Lake Winola, PA/Tunkhannock) was the only Keystone player in double figures with 17 points.
