Women's soccer held scoreless in loss

La Plume, PA (9-19-09) - Brianne Schmidt scored two goals as the King's College Monarchs downed Keystone 4-0 in non-conference women's soccer action.

With the victory King's moves to 3-5 overall, while Keystone fell to 0-4.

Schmidt scored the Monarchs' second and third goals of the game, both coming in the first half, as King's controlled the ball for the majority of the match.

Keystone keeper Kelsey Kuhn's recorded 25 saves in goal for Keystone.  

The Giants return to play on Tuesday at 3pm when they play host to Baptist Bible College.
