Elmira, NY (9/6/09) - Alex Boirand (Shanklin, Isle of Wight England/Sandown)'s goal in the 48th minute of play was the Keystone offense could muster as the Giants fell to Elmira College 5-1 in non-conference men's soccer action.

With the victory Elmira moved to 1-0, while Keystone fell to 0-3.

Boirand's unassisted goal (48:54) cut the Elmira advantage to 2-1 at the time, however they would respond with three unanswered to build the final margin.

Elmira had built a 2-0 lead at the half, as they broke up a scoreless contest with two goals one minute apart in the final four minutes of the opening period.

Ryan Gilroy (Dallas, PA/Dallas) recorded five saves in net for Keystone.
