Brooklyn, NY (1-9-10) -
Kenneth Hardnett (Plant City, FL/Plant City) poured in a team high 20 points as Keystone rolled by St. Joseph's (NY) College 88-57 in non-conference men's basketball action.
With the victory Keystone moves to 6-3 on the year.
Hardnett, who was one of four Keystone players to hit double digits, also added nine rebounds to his offensive output.
Tercel Taylor (Jackson, MI/Jackson) netted 18 points, with
Spencer Lunger (Lake Winola, PA/Tunkhannock) adding 12 and
Ryne Luce (Cohoes, NY/Cohoes) 10.
Malcolm Boone (Sugar Loaf, NY/Warwick) led the Giants on the glass with 11 rebounds, while chipping in with six points.
Lunger's dozen points moved his career total to 979.
Keystone held St. Joseph's to just nine first half field goals en route to a 46-27 halftime lead as the Giants domianted from start to finish. The Giants, who held a 10-rebound advantage on the day, hit 11 three-pointers, including four by Lunger and three by Luce.
The Giants jump back into conference play on Monday when they travel to Neumann College for an 8pm tip. The Giants (3-1 CSAC) will be looking to hand the Knights their first CSAC loss, with Neumann sporting a 3-0 CSAC record.
