La Plume, PA (9-11-10) - After playing to a scoreless tie for nearly 75 minutes, Keystone College connected on two goals in less than two minutes as the Giants blanked D'Youville College 2-0 in non-conference men's soccer action.

With the victory Keystone moves to 3-1 on the year, while D'Youville falls to 0-5.  

The win also matched Keystone's victory total from all of last year, while also helping the Giants remain perfect against D'Youville all-time, moving to 5-0.

Jamie Ellis (Shanklin, Isle of Wight England/Sandown) broke the stalemate at 74:40 catching the Spartans off guard , putting the Giants up 1-0.  One minute and thirty-three seconds later, Justin Turano (Carbondale, PA/Carbondale Area) got into the scoring column off a throw in from Scott Bensinger (Hegins, PA/Tri-Valley).

Keystone held a 23-5 advantage in shots, as Spartan keeper Matt Smith recorded 11 saves.

The Giants return to action on Thursday at 4pm when they travel to Albright.
