Baltimore, MD (9-25-10) - Keystone College turned in a dominating effort against College of Notre Dame in field hockey action, as the Giants dominated the Gators, 6-0.

With the victory Keystone evens its mark at 4-4, while going to 2-0 in the conference.  Notre Dame fell to 0-5 and 0-2.

Kelsey Drozda (Wilkes-Barre, PA/G.A.R. Memorial) netted a pair of goals, while adding an assist for the Giants.  Hope Krolewski (Bear Creek, PA/Holy Redeemer ) added a goal and an assist, as Keystone has yet to give up a goal in their first two conference matches.

The Giants exploded for six goals in the second half, after both teams played the first half scoreless.  Drozda got the scoring started just 2:52 into the second half on an unassisted goal.  Laura Rosenkrans (Greentown, PA/Wallenpaupack) made it 2-0 at the 42:16 mark off a Lori-Ann Marino (Hawley, PA/Wallenpaupack) assist.

Keystone then put together a string of four goals in a span of just over six minutes,  Christiana Nevers scored off a Drozda assist at 62:09, while Drozda added another goal of her own at 63:42 off a pass from Hope Krolewski (Bear Creek, PA/Holy Redeemer ).

Krolewski got into goal fest herself, netting a goal at 67:52 and was followed up by a Jessica Fusco goal at 68:59.

The Giants dominated throughout, out-shooting the Gators 43-0.

Keystone will return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Cedar Crest.
