Oh Henry! Giants crush Mighty Macs

Immaculata, PA (4-29-11) - Bryan Henry hit for the cycle and Esteban Meletiche drove in four runs as Keystone College banged out 19 hits en route to a 17-2 victory over Immaculata University in CSAC baseball action.

With the win the Giants move to 21-10 and 11-1 in conference, while Immaculata falls to 16-10, 9-4. 

Henry turned in a 4-4 day at the plate while scoring four times and driving in two.  The senior catcher doubled in the first, tripled in the third, homered in the fourth and singled in the seventh to pick up the cycle.

Keystone scored in each of the first seven innings, building a 17-0 lead before the Mighty Macs finally plated a run.

Meletiche doubled and homered as part of his 3-3 afternoon at the plate.  The junior also scored three times in addition to his four RBI. 

Andy Vega, Gabe Torres and Kumar Piar all picked up two hits each.  Piar drove in two and added a triple to the mix.

Rob Rogers worked seven innings, allowing one run on three hits while also striking out six in picking up the win.

Eddie Frias, Austin Straub and Edwin Padua all recorded extra base hits for Keystone.

The same two teams will return to action on Saturday with a noon twin bill at Keystone.
