Keystone will play in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament later this week at PNC Field.
La Plume, PA - Keystone College's baseball team has been chosen to play in the Mid-Atlantic bracket of this spring's NCAA Regional Tournament and will open up the tournament on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. against third-seeded Susquehanna University at nearby PNC Field in Moosic, PA. The Giants, who are currently 27-12, rebounded from a 3-9 start to the 2014 season to win 24 of their last 27 games - and 18 of their last 19 - while claiming their sixth-straight Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship to secure the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals.
Joining Keystone in the Mid-Atlantic tournament are (in order of seeding): Moravian College, Rowan University, Susquehanna University, Baldwin Wallace University, Misericordia University (host), (Keystone), Wesleyan University (Conn.), and Haverford College.
The winner of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament, along with the winners of the seven other regional tournaments, will qualify for the double-elimination, Division III College World Series to be played at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton, Wisconsin, May 23-27.
