Ray Mills (Philadelphia, Pa./Overbrook) scored a team-high 16 points and sophomore
Jeremy Jordan (Portsmouth, Va./I.C. Norcom) grabbed a team-best 12 boards but the Keystone College men's basketball team fell to visiting Emory & Henry College 69-61in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon.
With the loss, the Giants fall to 0-10 and will be off until playing in the St. John Fisher Tournament from Dec. 29-30, competing first against SUNY Cortland on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 6 pm.
The Wasps improve to 8-3 on the year.
Mills shot 7-of-20 from the field, making two shots from deep, to go along with five assists, two steals and two boards. Jordan just missed out on a double-double with eight points and his 12 defensive rebounds.
Freshman
Tyler Sebastian (Ledyard, Conn./Lee Academy) enjoyed 12 points, five assists and two boards.
Junior
Jalen Flynn (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) tallied 12 points, making four from deep, while junior
Javonte Matthews (North Hollywood, Calif./North Hollywood) earned seven points, seven boards and three helpers.
Sophomore
Savion Saunders (Wilkes-Barre, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) tallied four points, five rebounds and three assists.
For the Wasps, Daniel Spencer and Tharon Suggs both tallied 17 points each while Jarris Hendricks tallied a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards.
Alic Wynn enjoyed a 10-point, 22-rebound effort for Emory & Henry.
