Men’s Basketball Falls at Marywood 90-63

SCRANTON, Pa. - Dec. 4, 2018 - Freshman Derrick Donigan (Mt. Washington, Ky./Bullitt East) and junior Ray Mills (Philadelphia, Pa./Overbrook) both scored 16 points each but the Keystone College men's basketball team fell at Marywood 90-63 in non-conference action on Tuesday night.

With the loss, the Giants fall to 0-7 and will begin a three-game homestand beginning with Western Connecticut State on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 1 pm. The Pacers improve to 6-3 on the year and have now won five straight contests against Keystone.

Donigan finished with a double-double, scoring 16 points (5-of-7 from the field) and went 6-of-9 from the foul line, to go along with 10 boards and four assists.

Mills scored his 16 points by going 6-of-11 from the field (3-of-6 from deep), while sophomore Jeremy Jordan (Portsmouth, Va./I.C. Norcom) tallied nine points, eight rebounds, two helpers and one block.

Junior Javonte Matthews (North Hollywood, Calif./North Hollywood), freshman Tyler Sebastian (Ledyard, Conn./Lee Academy) and junior Jalen Flynn (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) all scored six points apiece.

Five players scored in double figures for the Pacers, led by 18 points from Jeremy Ringland. The Giants trailed by 25 at halftime (48-23) but were only outscored 42-40 in a closer second half.
