Football Takes Down Thad Stevens 31-29

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Keystone College football team enjoyed a 31-29 varsity victory over previously-undefeated Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology on Saturday afternoon at Bevilacqua Field.
  • With the win, the Giants move to .500 at 3-3 & will travel to The Apprentice School on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m in Newport News, Va.
  • The Bulldogs drop to 7-1 on the year as Saturday served as Homecoming for Thad Stevens.
  • Trailing 29-28, kicker Edward Sichilongo (Schenectady, N.Y./Schenectady) nailed the game-winning field goal for Keystone with just 10 seconds left.
  • Johnathan Bates (Jersey City, N.J./Hudson Catholic) enjoyed 4 touchdowns through the air.
  • Evan Caro (Endwell, N.Y./Maine Endwell) hauled in two TD receptions, while Michael Bond, Jr. (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore City College) & Javier Tazza (Burlington City, N.J./Burlington City) each caught one TD.
