Lamonea, Price & Gordon Lead Giants Past Centenary 67-42

La PLUME, Pa. – The Keystone College women's basketball team enjoyed a 67-42 win over visiting Centenary University in CSAC action on Wednesday evening.
  • With the team's 12th-straight win, Keystone improves to 17-5 (15-0 CSAC) & will travel to Wilson College on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m.
  • The Cyclones drop to 12-9 (8-7 CSAC).
  • Sophomore Bella Lamonea (Glendora, Calif./South Hills) scored a game-high 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting while providing 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals & 1 block.
  • Freshman Katie Price (Fredonia, N.Y./Fredonia) enjoyed 16 points on 4-of-7 shooting from deep to go along with 4 rebounds & 3 helpers.
  • Junior Khaliah Gordon (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Wood) notched 12 points, 5 assists & 4 steals.
  • Freshmen Megan Weber (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport Area) & Renata Alberici (Hazlet, N.J./Raritan) combined for 11 points, 7 rebounds & 3 steals.
  • Junior Faith Shiffer (Pine Grove, Pa./Pine Grove) notched 4 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds & 2 steals while sophomore Mac Oribello (San Diego, Calif./Westview) tallied 4 points & 3 rebounds.
  • Junior Samy Farah (Sterling, Va./Potomac Falls) grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.
  • For the Cyclones, Carmen Escano notched a double-double with 13 points & 15 rebounds.
  • Following a close 21-16 opening quarter, the Giants outscored Centenary 22-10 in the 2nd quarter to take a 43-26 lead at the break.
