ROSEMONT, Pa. – Keystone men's basketball team held on until the end but fell on the road to Rosemont in double overtime, 73-66, Thursday evening in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup at Alumnae Gymnasium.

The Giants clawed back from an 11-point halftime deficit and traded multiple late-game leads to force two overtime periods playing without their top two scorers.

Pete Laidley (Miramar, Fla./Pembrokes Pine Charter) broke a 64-all tie with a wide-open banked layup at the 2:40 mark of second OT, but it would be the Giants' last basket of the night as they would go 0 for 5 the rest of the way with the Ravens putting in nine points to come away with the win.

Standout Performers

• With top scorers Tone Cockrell (Upper Marlboro, Md./Landon School) and Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western High) out of the game, freshman Pete Laidley (Miramar, Fla./Pembrokes Pine Charter) went to work with 10 of his 23 points coming after the three-minute mark of the second half. Laidley shot 9 of 11 at the free-throw line and tallied three blocks and 16 points for a double-double.
• Marlon Sharpton finished with a team-high 19 points for the Ravens while going 9 for 9 at the free-throw line.
•  Zaire Mitchell followed with 18 points for Rosemont, tallying up seven rebounds, three blocks and three steals.

• Both teams combined to shoot 11 of 49 (22.4 percent) in the second half with Rosemont making just three field goals and scoring 13 points. With just under 10 minutes remaining, Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western High) powered the Giants on a 14-0 run to flip a 10-point deficit into a brief two-point lead.
• In the first overtime, Keystone shot 2 of 7 (28.6 percent) from the field and 2 of 4 from the free-throw line. Shane Rosencrans (Throop, Pa./Mid Valley) hit his lone bucket of the night (1 of 9), splashing from beyond the arc with 17 seconds left to tie the game at 62.
• The Giants went 2 of 10 from the field in the second OT period and 0 for 2 from the free-throw line. Rosemont sealed the game with 6-of-10 shooting from the charity stripe in the final minutes.
• Overall, Keystone hit on 12 of 19 (63.2 percent) trips to the free-throw line while Rosemont tallied 20 points on 33 attempts (60.6 percent).
• Graduate senior Tone Cockrell (Upper Marlboro, Md./Landon School) was subbed out and helped off the court at the 7:13 mark of the first half and did not return to the game. He totaled 11 points.
• Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western High) fouled out at the 3:25 mark of the second half, finishing with 15 points.

• Keystone (3-4 CSAC, 5-11 overall) will make the short road trip to Clarks Summit (3-3 CSAC, 6-11 overall) for a 3 p.m. tip-off Saturday, Jan. 22.
