LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer team battled to a scoreless draw to Wilkes University Tuesday night at the Keystone College Turf Field.
Keystone goes to 0-3-1 and Wilkes moves 1-2-1.
Dominic Weber (Martinsburg, W.V./Spring Mills) had a solid performance in goal as he made eight saves tonight. Wilkes goalkeeper Nick Kinzler made five saves.
The Colonels outshot the Giants 19-7. Keystone had five shots on goal. Leo Arrieta (Miami, Fla./Miami Killian), Hernan Godoy (Bernardsville, N.J./Bernards), and Trevor Lagarde (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury) posted two shots in the contest. Wilkes also had the advantage on corner kicks, 10-5.
Keystone will search for their first on Saturday, Sept. 16 as they head to Williamsport, Pa. to face Lycoming College at 4 p.m. Wilkes will return home to play Rutgers-Camden at 1 p.m. on the same day.
