WILKES-BARRE, Pa.- The Keystone College women's volleyball team competed in the King's College (Pa.) Tri-Match Saturday morning at McGrane Gymnasium.

The Giants were swept by the Monarchs in the first match of the day. Keystone fell 25-14, 25-20, and 25-11.
Rebecca Jackson (Quakertown, Pa./Salem Christian School) and Kameryn Cortinas (Los Banos, Calif./Pacheco) led Keystone with seven kills. Adrianna Derrick (Oklahoma City, Okla./Putnam City) and Taylor Hallam (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin East) combined for nine kills. Hailey Herneisey (Middletown, Pa./Middletown Area) had 17 digs while Tobi West (Hoopeston, Ill./Hoopeston Area) finished with 15 assists.
For the Monarchs, Joy Kindall led the Monarchs with nine kills. Morgan Williams added 12 digs and four service aces.
Keystone: 3; Mount St. Mary (NY): 1
Keystone defeated Mount St. Mary in four sets. Keystone took sets one and three while the Knights won the second set. The Giants won the final set 27-25 to clinch the match.
Hallam tied a school record with nine service aces. In addition, she contributed six kills and six digs. Jackson posted a match high of 10 kills as well as five digs. Herneisey, West, and Kaylee Sargent (Tioga, Pa./Williamson) combined for 20 digs. Keystone compiled 21 service aces in the match.
The Knights were led by Mary Milano who finished the day with 10 kills. Vanessa Mleczko had a match high 13 digs in the defeat.

Keystone will return home to face Penn State Hazleton on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m.
