LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer team suffered their second conference loss of the season to Rosemont College 1-0 Saturday afternoon at the Keystone College Turf Field.
Keystone drops to 0-8-1 (0-2 United East). Rosemont improves to 5-4 (2-0 United East).
Junior goalkeeper Dominic Weber (Martinsburg, W.V./Spring Mills) made 12 saves in goal this afternoon. After a scoreless first half, Rosemont got on the board with an early second half goal by Sean Millelli assisted by Timothy Hall in the 47th minute.
Rosemont outshot Keystone, 22-6. They limited the Giants to two shots in the second half. The Ravens held a 11-1 margin on corner kicks. There were a combined 37 fouls called in the match with five yellow cards.
Keystone heads to Cairn on Tuesday, Oct. 3 for a primetime United East Conference match with the Highlanders at 7 p.m.
