Field Hockey Blanked at St. Mary’s

ST. MARY'S, Md.- The Keystone College field hockey dropped their second conference game of the season to St. Mary's College of Maryland 3-0 Saturday afternoon.

Keystone drops to 6-7 (2-2 United East) while St. Mary's improves to 7-9 (4-0 United East).

Goalkeeper Hannah Osbahr (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge) made 13 saves.

The Seahawks had three different goal scorers as Emma Watkins, Jena Vanskiver, and Alyssa Riggleman found the back of the cage. Brenna Ziegler and Anna Eaton all had an assist.

St. Mary's outshot Keystone, 29-11. Jordan Vandermark (Hackettstown, N.J./Hackettstown) led Keystone with six total shots. They also led the penalty corner battle with a 14-5 margin.

The Giants wrap up their conference schedule next Saturday, Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. against Penn State Harrisburg. The team will honor its seniors before the start of the contest.
