Seven Football Players Receive Landmark All-Conference Honors

TOWSON, Md.- The Keystone College football team had seven football players received all-conference honors by the Landmark Conference announced Thursday afternoon.  

Mujaheed Muhammad (running back), Josh Moore (Clinton, Md./Wise) (offensive line), Jeremiah Ortiz (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) (kicker), and Jayson Nami (Freehold Township, N.J./Freehold Township) (kick returner) received second team votes.  

Nami (wide receiver), Donald Leach III (Harrisburg, Pa./Susquehanna Township) (quarterback), Tyler Malanga (Monroe, N.J./Monroe Twp.) (defensive line), and Quentin Tibbs (New Brunswick, N.J./New Brunswick) (linebacker) landed Honorable Mention All-Landmark.  

Muhammad rushed for 895 yards with eight touchdowns. He was named Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16. This is his third all-conference team award. Moore picked up his third career end of the year award as well as being a staple on the offensive line.  

Ortiz enjoyed a stellar season kicking as he went 7-for-8 on field goal attempts. He was named Landmark Conference Specialist of the Week on Sept. 16.  

Nami received two conference honors. As a kick returner, he provided 593 kick yards and two touchdowns. On the receiving side, he led the team with 798 yards and seven touchdowns.  

Leach completed 179 passes for 2327 yards with 16 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. He also was a threat in the rushing game as he rushed for 451 yards with three scores.  

Malanga lands his second straight all-conference accolade. The senior defensive lineman recorded 43 total tackles, three of them going for a loss, and one sack. He was a second team all-conference selection year ago.  

Tibbs received Honorable Mention All-Landmark once again as he led the defense with 78 total tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks, and two forced fumbles.
