DALLAS, Pa.- The Keystone College baseball team dropped their second game of the Dallas Regional to Misericordia University by a final score of 7-4 Sunday morning at Misericordia University.
Keystone drops to 34-12 and Misericordia will move to 35-9.
Jacob Yager (Grahamsville, N.Y./Tri-Valley) recorded a hit and two RBI. Robert Estrada (Maracay, Venezuela/Ferris) went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Bobby Pokorney (Margate, Fla./J.P. Taravella) and Darren Hagan (Aston, Pa./Garnet Valley) each had two hits on the afternoon.
Sean Brennan (Hatfield, Pa./North Penn) got the start and went 6.1 innings with four strikeouts. Kyle Caringi (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) pitched the rest of the game in relief and struck out two.
The Giants were up 3-2 until Misericordia put up a five spot in the seventh inning. Keystone tallied a run in the ninth, but the Cougars were able to pull away with the win.
Keystone will now play Middlebury in an elimination game today at 12:20.
