IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Keystone College field hockey team picked up a massive double overtime win as they defeated Immaculata University 2-1 Saturday afternoon.
With the win, Keystone improves to 2-3. Immaculata falls to 4-2.
Jordan Vandermark (Hackettstown, N.J./Hackettstown) recorded the first goal for Keystone about five minutes in the second quarter. The Mighty Macs responded a few minutes later with a goal by Della George.
No team was able to find the back of the cage in the second half and first overtime. Vicky Mainero (Francisco Alvarez, Buenos Aires, Argentina/St. Patrick's College) would be the hero as she scored the golden goal late in the second overtime to give Keystone the nonconference victory. Fifth year goalkeeper Hannah Osbahr (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge) made six saves in the win.

The Giants will be back home next Saturday, Sept. 21 as they host Nazareth University at 4 p.m.
