LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's basketball kicked off the new year with 93-78 win over Penn College Tuesday afternoon.
Keystone moves to 5-6 with a 3-1 mark in United East Conference play.
Tyler Fox (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Cardinal Gibbons) and Boston Caldwell (Auckland, New Zealand/Westlake) both scored 22 points. The two combined for five rebounds and five assists. Daryl Coleman (Allentown, Pa./Southern Lehigh) added 20 points and seven rebounds. Brandon Scott (Cheltenham, Pa./Cheltenham) had 16 points, four steals, and three rebounds.
For Penn College. Livingston Cross had a monster game as he had a double-double with 31 points and 20 rebounds. Gavin Barrett flirted with a triple-double with 14 points, 11 assists, and seven rebounds. Michael Woolridge and Julien Leveille contributed with 10 points.
The Giants shot 47 percent from the field and 67 percent from the free throw line. They grabbed 31 rebounds and recorded 11 steals.
Keystone hits the road to face Notre Dame of Maryland University on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 3:30 p.m.
