BALTIMORE, Md.- The Keystone College women's volleyball team fell in straight sets to Notre Dame of Maryland University, 3-0 (25-10, 25-18, 25-5), in a United East Conference matchup Saturday evening at the Marion Burt Knott Sports Complex in Baltimore.
Nataly Bermudez (Las Vegas, NV/Valley) posted three kills. Serenity Marshall (Ridgefield, Wash./Ridgefield) had two kills and five digs. Naema Alatorre (Brownsville, Tex./Idea Frontier) recorded six assists and one service ace.
The Gators received 12 kills, seven digs, and four service aces from Kaliyah Brown (Maricopa, Ariz./Sequoia Pathway Academy). She had a .579 hitting percentage. Shelbey Willson and Alyson Lackovic tallied 19 and 12 assists, respectively. Izzy Stewart provided a match high 10 digs.
Keystone posted 10 kills, 11 assists, and 15 digs, while Notre Dame of Maryland totaled 36 kills, 33 assists, and 44 digs.
The Giants (3-20, 2-7 United East) hosts Penn State Brandywine in their final conference and home match of the season Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
