LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College women's volleyball team fell in straight sets to Gallaudet University Saturday afternoon in the Gambal Athletic Center.
Keystone was defeated 25-8, 25-8, 25-10.
Serenity Marshall (Ridgefield, Wash./Ridgefield) and Rachel Davis (Mont Belvieu, Tex./Barber Hills) had two kills apiece. Hailey Mowry (Vail, Ariz./Cienega) recorded three assists. On the defensive side, Nat Reyes (Lamont, Calif./Arvin), Josie Evans-Grant (Anchorage, AK/Grace Christian), and Nataly Bermudez (Las Vegas, NV/Valley) combined for 10 digs. Jamilah Higgins (Cincinnati, Ohio/Purcell Martin) recorded two total blocks.
Gallaudet's Brielle Worley posted a match high 14 kills while Kayla Broadnax added eight. Ella Gamble recorded 33 assists and eight service aces. Nicole Hicks had eight digs.
Keystone (1-15, 0-3 United East) hit the road to face Gettysburg College in a nonconference match on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m.
