Men's Soccer Concludes Season in United East Quarterfinals at Lancaster Bible

LANCASTER, PA- The Keystone College men's soccer team held Lancaster Bible College scoreless until the closing seconds of the first half before the Chargers earned a 3–0 victory in Saturday's United East Conference quarterfinal match at Donald H. Funk Field.

The Giants conclude their 2026 season with a 6–11–1 overall record after finishing conference play at 4–4. Lancaster Bible improved to 9–8–1 and advanced to the conference semifinals.

Keystone created opportunities in a closely contested opening half, with Aiden Cummings (Baltimore, MD/Mount Saint Joseph) and Dary Hodge-Davila (Riverview, FL/Riverview) each putting a shot on goal. James Kallens (Flemington, NJ/Hunterdon Central Regional) finished with two saves across 90 minutes in net.

Cummings tested Lancaster Bible goalkeeper Chris Jackson at the 20:20 mark, directing a shot toward the bottom left corner that Jackson stopped. The Giants earned a corner kick just 15 seconds later as they looked to break the scoreless tie.

Kallens answered at the other end in the 23rd minute, turning away a shot from Riley Bills to keep the match even. Keystone's defense continued to hold through the remainder of the half, while Hodge-Davila generated another chance in the 43rd minute. His attempt toward the bottom right corner was saved by Jackson.

Lancaster Bible broke through with just two seconds remaining before halftime, as Jacob Garrett scored at 44:58 to give the Chargers a 1–0 advantage at the break.

The hosts added to their lead in the second half with a goal from Silas Dellaperute at 54:00 before Bills scored at 64:11 to complete the scoring.

Keystone kept Lancaster Bible off the scoreboard over the final 25 minutes. Kallens added his second save in the 88th minute, stopping Gabe Madanat's attempt.

Cummings and Hodge-Davila accounted for Keystone's two shots, both on target. Jackson made two saves for Lancaster Bible.

The Giants wrap up the 2026 season with a 6-11-1 record, making the playoffs as the 5-seed in the United East Conference.
