The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires all coeducational institutions of higher education that participate in Title IV, the federal student financial aid program, and has an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare The Report on Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data annually.
The annual EADA report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students, and the public every year. The EADA annual report for Keystone College can be obtained from the Director of Athletics.
