Ashley Irwin began her collegiate head coaching career here at Keystone, starting with field hockey in 2014. She also was head coach of the Giants women's lacrosse program from 2015-2020.
2022 (Field Hockey): Named CSAC Coach of the Year... Guided Giants to CSAC runner-up finish... Had Angelina Morley named CSAC Defensive Player of the Year and All-Region IV Second Team... Coached six All-CSAC players.
2021 (Field Hockey): CSAC-win streak extended to 20 games before falling in the regular season finale. No. 2 team for the CSAC Championships but fell in overtime in the semifinal round ... Graduate senior Taylor Cercone named CSAC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-CSAC and NFHCA Region IV Second Team ... Senior Karley Cresswell also named to All-CSAC First Team ... Other players named to All-CSAC Second Team: sophomore Maria Tomada and sophomore Angelina Morley.

2020 (Women's Lacrosse): Season canceled after three games due to COVID-19 pandemic. This was Irwin's last season as women's lacrosse head coach ... Senior Daphne Leenas named 2020 Keystone College Outstanding Graduate.
2019 (Field Hockey): Completed back-to-back undefeated conference regular seasons to finish as the No. 1 team but fell 1-0 in overtime in the CSAC Championship game ... Senior midfielder Savanna Robinson won back-to-back CSAC Player of the Year honors as well as being named an All-CSAC First Teamer, Longstreth/NFHCA Division III South Atlantic All-Region First Team, and NFHCA All-American Third Team. She also was a participant in the NCAA Division III NFHCA Senior Game ... Senior Daphne Leenas named CSAC Defensive Player of the Year, All-CSAC First Team, and NFHCA All-Region Second Team ... Senior goalkeeper Megan Novak and senior midfielder Amy Llewellyn named to All-CSAC Second Team.
2019 (Women's Lacrosse): Voted the No. 1 team in the coaches' preseason poll and followed up with an undefeated conference season where Irwin was named CSAC Coach of the Year before falling in the CSAC Championship game ... Junior Daphne Leenas named Defensive Player of the Year as well as All-CSAC First Team ... Senior Alex Smith, junior Amy Llewellyn, sophomore Savanna Robinson and senior Kayla Bain also earned All-CSAC First Team honors ... Junior Megan Novak and senior Nisa Cortes named to All-CSAC Second Team.
2018 (Field Hockey): Captured the program's first CSAC title after an undefeated conference season. Fell to seventh-ranked The College of New Jersey in the First Round of the NCAA Division III Field Hockey National Tournament ... Junior midfielder Savanna Robinson named CSAC Player of the Year, CSAC Championships MVP, All-CSAC First Team and NFHCA All-Region Second Team ... Senior Kayla Bain was also named All-CSAC First Team in addition to All-CSAC Second Team selections Heaven Houck, Allison Berman and Jackie Martin.
2018 (Women's Lacrosse): Posted a non-losing record in just the fourth season of the program's existence. Made a second-straight CSAC Championships appearance with a No. 5 finish in the regular season standings before losing in the first round ... Senior Emily Hawkins named to All-CSAC Second Team for third consecutive season ... Sophomore Savanna Robinson also named to All-CSAC Second Team.
2017Â (Field Hockey): Finished as the No. 6 team in the regular season standings ... Two players named to All-CSAC Second Team: sophomore Savanna Robinson and senior Shelby Croasdale.
2017 (Women's Lacrosse): Qualified for first-ever postseason tournament with a sixth-place finish in the regular season standings but fell in the first round of the CSAC Championships ... Junior Emily Hawkins named All-CSAC Second Team for the second year in row ... Additionally, 12 players earned CSAC All-Academic honors for excellence in the classroom.
2016 (Field Hockey): No. 4 team in the standings before falling in the CSAC Championships Semifinal round ... Sophomore Emily Hawkins and junior Shelby Croasdale earned All-CSAC First Team with freshman April Llewellyn and sophomore Kayla Bain named to All-CSAC Second Team ... Additionally, 10 Giants earned CSAC All-Academic Team honors for excellence in the classroom.
2016 (Women's Lacrosse): After going winless the previous year, the Giants opened the season with a win and later finished one game removed from qualifying for the CSAC Championships ... Sophomore Emily Hawkins named to the All-CSAC Second Team.
2015 (Field Hockey): Qualified for the CSAC Championships with a No. 4 placement finish in the regular season standings before dropping in the semifinal round ... Senior Adrienne Mellot lead all NCAA divisions with 20 defensive saves and was named to All-CSAC First Team ... Sophomore Shelby Croasdale named to All-CSAC Second Team.
2014Â (Field Hockey): Finished tied at the No. 4 spot in the regular season standings but was left out of the CSAC Championships due to tie-breaker rules.
The Pennsylvania-native previously coached field hockey at Meyers High School and girls' lacrosse at Coughlin High School.
In early 2021, Irwin was added as an assistant athletics director in addition to serving as the Giants' compliance coordinator and senior woman administrator.
