Anthony Michlik completed his fourth season as an assistant coach with the men’s soccer team at his alma mater in 2017. A native of Effort, Pennsylvania, Michlik played three seasons for the Giants and started in 40 of the 43 games in which he appeared during his career and led Keystone to two CSAC playoff appearances.
Michlik has helped lead Keystone to 40 wins in the past four seasons as an assistant coach including 21 in conference play. The Giants made their first-ever CSAC championship game appearance in 2017 and advanced to the CSAC semifinals in 2015 with their first postseason win in 11 years before earning the program's highest CSAC postseason seed and first home playoff game in 2016.
Playing primarily as a defender, Michlik recorded 10 points on his career on three goals and four assists while leading the squad in assists as a sophomore. A team captain his senior year, Michlik scored the Giants’ lone goal in a 1-1 tie against Maritime College before assisting on the game-winning goal in a key conference win at Gwynedd Mercy University to help push the squad into the postseason tournament.
A two-time CSAC All-Academic Team selection, Michlik graduated from Keystone this past spring with a bachelor’s degree in Sport & Recreation Management.
