O'Rourke returns to the Giants after playing at Keystone from 2010-13 as a goalkeeper.
He was the male recipient of the N. Scott Thurston Academic Award in 2013 and finished his career with 342 saves. O'Rourke was part of Schneck's first team in 2013.
O'Rourke served as a graduate assistant at Frostburg State in 2014-15 and was an assistant coach at East Stroudsburg University from 2016-18.
O'Rourke also has club and semi-pro professional playing experience for the Pocono Snow and Electric City Shock in the NPSL.
A native of Ireland, he competed at the youth level for Dundrum AFC, St. Joseph Boys AFC and Cherry Orchard FC in Dublin.
O'Rourke holds two coaching licenses from the Football Association of Ireland, including goalkeeper certification.
