Alison Ritter started her collegiate head coaching career at Keystone and also serves as academic coordinator.

2021: Finished with first overall winning record of Ritter's tenure and qualified as the No. 3 team for the conference postseason. Giants advanced to the winners' bracket semifinal round of the double-elimination CSAC Championships and finished in third place ... Graduate senior Shannon Lloyd named to CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 Team as well as All-CSAC First Team ... Also earning All-CSAC honors were First Team selections freshman Jordan Frye and senior Paige Mokychic, and Second Team selection freshman Brooke Staple ... 10 players named to CSAC All-Academic Team.

2020: Season canceled after eight games due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... Senior Shannon Lloyd named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team and CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 Team.

2019: Qualified for the CSAC Championships for the first time since 2013. Finished as the No. 3 team but fell in the first round of the playoffs ... Junior Shannon Lloyd named CSAC Player of the Year as well as All-CSAC First Team, Fast Pitch News (FPN) NCAA Division III Player of the Year, FPN All-America First Team, National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-America Third Team, NFCA East All-Region First Team, CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-America First Team, and CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-District 4 First Team ... Freshman Lexy Johnson named CSAC Rookie of the Year and to All-CSAC First Team ... Sophomore named to Paige Mokychic CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-America Third Team, CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-District 4 First Team, and All-CSAC First Team ... Also named to All-CSAC First Team was senior Gabrielle Truesdale and senior Alyssa Hughes ... Nine players named an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete in addition to 10 earning CSAC All-Academic honors.

2018: Narrowly missed out on the postseason with a seventh-place finish in the CSAC regular season standings ... Team recognized with an Easton/NFCA Team Academic Award after finishing with a Division III 42nd-best 3.456 GPA. 

2017: Finished as the No. 8 team in the CSAC season standings ... Team earned an Easton/NFCA Team Academic Award with a 3.259 GPA, ranking as the No. 104 team in Division III.

The New Jersey-native took over the lead of the Giants after spending five years as an assistant coach at East Stroudsburg University

Ritter completed an outstanding four-year collegiate playing career at Salisbury University that included four Capital Athletic Conference titles along with with four NCAA Tournament appearances highlighted by a trip to the NCAA Division III World Series in 2009. She was a three-time Louisville Slugger/NFCA Atlantic All-Region Team honoree, earning First Team accolades as a designated player in her freshman year before garnering Third Team accolades at first base in her final two seasons in addition to being named to the CAC All-Conference Team all four seasons. As a senior, Ritter was named to the NCAA Atlantic Regional All-Tournament Team.

A standout in the classroom as well, Ritter earned ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District honors in her junior and senior years and was also a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-District award recipient, earning Second Team recognition as a senior after a Third Team nod the previous spring. Ritter also earned CAC Academic All-Conference laurels all four years.
