Dr. Val Titus

Dr. Val Titus enters her first year as Keystone’s assistant softball coach in 2020.

Titus played collegiately at Cazenovia College from 1997-2001 and was inducted into the Cazenovia Hall of Fame in 2009 as an individual and in 2014 for the 2001 team that finished 28-13.

While at Cazenovia, Titus set career records for batting average (.400), slugging percentage (.754), runs scored (99), hits (140), doubles (27), home runs (27), RBI (93) and total bases (264). She was a two-time Cazenovia Female Athlete of the Year.

Additionally at Keystone, Titus serves as an assistant professor in the Wildlife & Environmental Biology department. Titus received her PhD in Biology from Binghamton University in 2013 and her Master’s in Biology from Murray State University in 2006.
