Clint Caso

Clint Caso began his college coaching career here at Keystone. In 2025, he was elevated to Coordinator of Transfer and International Compliance.

Caso began his coaching career in 2015 at Cedar Stars Academy, where he worked with the U9 and U13 age groups before progressing to manage the U16–U19 high school-age teams. During his time at Cedar Stars, he coached the 1999, 2002, and 2004 birth years, leading teams in top national competitions. In 2017, Coach Caso guided the 1999 team to a prestigious Dallas Cup championship and returned to the final in 2018. The following year, the 2002 team advanced to the semifinals of the tournament, further establishing the program’s national presence.

From 2016 to 2020, Caso served as an assistant coach at national powerhouse St. Benedict’s Preparatory School in Newark, New Jersey. In this role, he was responsible for leading training sessions, collaborating with staff on match preparation, scouting opponents, and conducting game analysis. Beyond the field, he played a key role in the college recruiting process, helping guide student-athletes to programs such as the University of Akron, High Point University, Stetson University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Marist University, and others.

Caso continues to invest in his professional development and is currently on the pathway to earning his U.S. Soccer Federation “A” License. He has also earned a Director of Coaching Certificate from United Soccer Coaches. In recognition of his impact and leadership in the game, he was awarded the EDP Promising Young Coaches Under 30 Award in 2020.

2024: Secured the No. 11 seed in the United East Conference Tournament. Leo Arrieta received Third Team All-United East

2023: Clinched the No. 5 seed in the East Skye Division Tournament where they defeated No. 4 Bryn Athyn in the divisional quarterfinal. Four players earned All-United East honors.

2022: Earned No. 3 seed in CSAC postseason... Had five players named All-CSAC.

2021: Finished regular season as the No. 2 team and fell in double-overtime to Cairn in the CSAC Championships semifinal round ... Four players earned All-CSAC honors: Axel Gonzalez and Ibrahim Bangoura (First Team All-CSAC); Hernan Godoy and Erik Duran (Second Team All-CSAC).

The New Jersey native last served as head coach at Cedar Stars Academy in addition to assisting St. Benedict’s Prep and the Cedar Stars Rush.

» Represented the New York Red Bull Academy on the national stage from 2008 through 2011 before committing to play at The University of New Hampshire.
