Kacy Manning was named Director of Athletics at Keystone College in October 2023 after previously serving as the institution’s Associate Director of Athletics.

In her role as associate director, Manning oversaw NCAA compliance, served as the academic coordinator, and held the position of Senior Woman Administrator (SWA). She played a key role in supporting student-athlete success while ensuring departmental adherence to NCAA and conference regulations.

In addition to her coaching duties, she held administrative roles within the department, including Assistant Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator.

Following her time at Keystone, Manning joined Marywood University, where she served from 2014–19. In addition to coaching field hockey, she worked as the Student-Athlete Affairs Coordinator, helping to enhance student-athlete engagement and increase participation in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Manning earned her bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in 2006 and completed her master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletics Administration at California University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
