Women's soccer shut out by Immaculata

La Plume, PA (9-27-08) - Immaculata University used a 34-shot barrage to down Keystone 5-0 in CSAC women's soccer action.

With the victory Immaculata improves to 1-5-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play, while Keystone falls to 1-6 and 0-2.

Kimberly Steinke and Michele Meyer provided the first half goals as Immaculata built a 2-0 lead at the break.  Zena Tracey added two second half goals, while Steinke connected on her second of the game to round out the Immaculata scoring.

Keystone's Kelsey Kuhns (Walnutport, PA/Northampton) stopped 16 shots in net.

The Giants return to action on Wednesday October 1 at 4pm when they travel to Gwynedd Mercy.
