Make-up date for non-conference doubleheader vs. Mustangs

Stevenson, MD – Saturday's non-conference baseball doubleheader between Keystone College and Stevenson University has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Stevenson's Park Field.  A make-up date for the twin bill between the Giants and Mustangs is yet to be determined.

Keystone is next scheduled to embark on their annual Spring Break Trip where the Giants will look to claim their first win of the season on Thursday evening when they take on Misericordia University, currently ranked 21st in the country, at 7:00 p.m. in Ft. Pierce, Florida.

The Giants and Cougars met three times last spring, with Keystone claiming a 4-3 win Florida in March before Misericordia weathered an hour and a half rain delay to blank the Giants 5-0 in La Plume in April.  The stakes were much higher in the rubber match at the two teams met in an elimination game of the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional at PNC Field in Moosic where Lymbel Guerrero (Lynn, MA/Lynn Classical) delivered a walk-off single in the 11th inning to carry Keystone into the regional championship with a 6-5 victory.
