Women’s Soccer Falls 3-0 at Cedar Crest

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Oct. 10, 2018 - Reigning CSAC Defensive Player of the Week Rebekah Shepherd (South Canaan, Pa./Western Wayne) made seven saves for the Keystone College women's soccer team but the Giants fell at Cedar Crest 3-0 in CSAC action on Wednesday night.

With the defeat, the Giants are now 2-10 (2-2 CSAC) and will travel to Wilson on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 2 pm before returning home to host Penn College on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 12 pm over Homecoming Weekend. The Falcons improve to 9-3 (4-1 CSAC).

Offensively, Keystone fired off five shots, with two coming off the boot of junior Jordyn Olsen (Southampton, N.J./Seneca). Junior Hayden Richner (Nicholson, Pa./Mountain View) tallied the lone shot on frame for the Giants.

The Falcons scored in the 40th minute to take a 1-0 lead at halftime before scoring goals in the 58th and 80th minutes.
