BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - Oct. 16, 2018 - Junior Hayden Richner (Nicholson, Pa./Mountain View) scored the game-tying goal in the 89th minute as the Keystone College women's soccer team came from behind to earn a 3-3 double-overtime draw at Bryn Athyn in CSAC action on Tuesday night.

The Giants are now 3-11-1 (3-2-1 CSAC) and return home to host Notre Dame of Maryland on Saturday, Oct. 20 for Senior Day. The Lions are 4-6-2 (2-3-1 CSAC).

The Lions scored just 7:40 in the match to claim an early 1-0 lead before senior Nisa Cortes (Schenectady, N.Y./Schenectady) netted the equalizer in the 31st minute. The contest remained knotted at 1-1 headed to halftime.

In the 60th minute, Bryn Athyn reclaimed the lead and took a two-goal advantage in the 65th minute, putting the Giants down 3-1.

However, Keystone would not go away and in the 86th minute, sophomore Alex Myers (Holton, Kan./Holton) found the back of the net to get the Giants within one, 3-2. In the 89th minute, Richner scored the tying goal to force overtime.

Overall, the Giants outshot the Lions 29-17 as Cortes led all players with 10 shots (six on frame).

Junior keeper Rebekah Shepherd (South Canaan, Pa./Western Wayne) made seven saves.
