La PLUME, Pa. – Nov. 1, 2018 – Seniors
Victoria Homfeld (Smithtown, N.Y./Hauppauge) and
Kristen Larkin (Williamstown, N.J./Williamstown) tallied 14 and 11 kills, respectively, to lead the Keystone College women's volleyball team past visiting Cedar Crest 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-22) in the CSAC Semifinals on Thursday night.
With the win, the Giants improve to 13-15 and will head to Notre Dame of Maryland in the CSAC Championship on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 5 pm. The Falcons' season ends at 18-8.
Homfeld enjoyed 14 kills and 18 digs for the double-double while Larkin provided 11 kills, seven digs and two aces. Junior
Pamela Heitman (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y./Walter Panas) chipped in 18 digs and junior
Amanda Hardy (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunkhannock Area) paced the offense with 33 assists to go along with three kills, six digs, two aces and two blocks.
Senior
Taylor Beatty (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) floored seven kills and chipped in with five digs.
