Giants Enjoy 4-0 Home-Opening Win Over Penn College



La PLUME, Pa. - Sept. 5, 2018 -
Freshman Harrinson Cordoba (Miami, Fla./Barbara Goleman) scored twice while sophomore Khadim Thiam (New York, N.Y./Washington Irving) and senior Elmer Ramos (Kissimmee, Fla./Lakenheath American) tacked on goals as the Keystone men's soccer team enjoyed a 4-0 home-opening victory over Penn College on Wednesday.

The Giants improve to 2-1-0 on the year and will head to Lebanon Valley on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 1 pm. The Wildcats fall to 0-2-0.

Less than three minutes into the match, Cordoba found the back of the net to hand Keystone an early 1-0 lead which stood until halftime.

In the 71', Cordoba scored on a header off an assist from senior Jordan Vance (Manalapan, N.J./Manalapan) to put the Giants ahead 2-0. Less than five minutes later, Thiam ripped a shot from 20 yards out to give Keystone a 3-0 edge.

Ramos wrapped up the offensive output with a score in the 82'. The Giants outshot the Wildcats 25-6.
