La PLUME, Pa. – Jan. 10, 2019 – Junior
Ray Mills (Philadelphia, Pa./Overbrook) scored a team-high 14 points but the Keystone College men's basketball team fell to visiting Wilson College 79-69 in CSAC action on Thursday evening.
With the defeat, Keystone drops to 0-15, 0-3 CSAC and the Giants will host Rosemont on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 3 pm.
Wilson improves to 6-9, 3-1 CSAC and the Phoenix will head to Clarks Summit on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 3 pm.
Juniors
Austin Smith (Titusville, Fla./Florida Air Academy) and
Jalen Flynn (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) both tallied 12 points each as Flynn grabbed a team-high nine rebounds and Smith tied for the game-high with six assists.
Junior
Javonte Matthews (North Hollywood, Calif./North Hollywood) enjoyed 10 points and seven boards.
The Giants led 36-31 – and by 15 points with 8:46 to play in the first half – but Wilson came out shooting in the second half as Rashaan Bean tallied a game-high 24 points followed by Keion Adams with 16 points.
