La PLUME, Pa. – Jan. 18, 2019 – Despite jumping out to an 18-5 lead in the first half, the Keystone College men's basketball team could not hold off visiting Centenary University (N.J.) and fell to the Cyclones 71-64 in CSAC action on Friday night.
With the loss, Keystone drops to 3-16, 2-4 CSAC and the Giants travel to Cairn on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 7 p.m.
Centenary improves to 7-10, 3-2 CSAC and the Cyclones head to Hunter on Monday, Jan. 21 at 3 p.m. The Cyclones snapped a three-game losing skid to Keystone.

Javonte Matthews (North Hollywood, Calif./North Hollywood) recorded game-highs in points (21) and rebounds (17), going 9-of-14 from the field while grabbing eight offensive boards in 29 minutes.
Junior
Ray Mills (Philadelphia, Pa./Overbrook) tallied 18 points, eight rebounds, two blocks and one steal.
Juniors
Jalen Flynn (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) and
Austin Smith (Titusville, Fla./Florida Air Academy) combined for 17 points, five rebounds and four assists.
For Centenary, four players finished in double figures as Billy Veras scored a team-high 20 points. Emmanuel Doh registered a double-double with 15 points and a team-best 14 boards.
Divine Anderson and Tyler White scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.
