La PLUME, Pa. – The Keystone College women's volleyball team fell to visiting Notre Dame of Maryland 3-0 on Saturday afternoon in CSAC action in the Giants' home opener.
Keystone fell 18-25, 15-25 and 15-25 and are now 1-14 (0-2 CSAC). Notre Dame improves to 9-9 (4-0 CSAC).
Standout Performers
Adrianna Derrick (Oklahoma City, Okla. /Putman City) enjoyed a team-high nine kills (.286) and chipped in three digs and one block.
Marlena Pegula (Dunmore, Pa./Dunmore) tallied three kills, four digs and two blocks.
Madi Aston (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) finished with 11 assists and three aces while
Cassidy Fredo (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills ) and
Haley Wittenberg (Denver, Pa. /Cocalico) combined for 11 digs.
Hannah Kline (Dallas, Pa. /Lake-Lehman ) chipped in two aces and a block.

Notre Dame hit .347 on the day, including a .417 clip in the opening set. The Gators enjoyed 17 aces on the day and forced 14 errors by Keystone. The Giants hit .316 in the first set but were limited to a negative percentage in the next two.

Keystone remains home to host Cairn University in a CSAC match on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. The Gators at Cedar Crest on Oct. 13.
