Men’s Lax Falls to Centenary 10-2

La PLUME, Pa. – The Keystone College men's lacrosse team fell to visiting Centenary University 10-2 in CSAC action on Saturday afternoon.
 
  • The Giants fall to 0-4 (0-4 CSAC) and will travel to Kean University on Tuesday, April 20 at 7 p.m.
  • The Cyclones improve to 1-4 (1-4 CSAC) and host Montclair State University on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
  • Saturday featured the return of former head coach Joe Lodato, who coached at Keystone from 2017-2018.
  • Jaydan Kirby (Elkridge, Md./Long Reach) and Izaiah Simon (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunkhannock Area) provided the goals for Keystone.
  • Kirby fired off 12 shots (5 on goal) with 1 ground ball.
  • Simon tallied 6 shots (4 on goal) with 4 grounds balls and 3 faceoff wins.
  • Alden Fries (Easton, Pa./Easton Area), Devin Morris (Queens, N.Y./Maspeth) & Tyler McManus (East Meadow, N.Y./East Meadow) combined for 7 shots (5 on goal) and 3 ground balls.
  • Sam Lepore (Islip, N.Y./Islip High School) made 15 saves in net for the Giants.
  • Timothy Kaiser III paced CU with 4 goals & 2 assists.
