WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Keystone College women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference match at Wilkes University on Thursday evening.
With the straight-set defeat (12-25, 13-25, 10-25), the Giants drop to 1-8 and will head to Misericordia University for a tri-match with Farmingdale State on Saturday, Sept. 25. The Colonels improve to .500 at 6-6.
Standout Performers
Adrianna Derrick (Oklahoma, Okla. /Putman City) paced the KC attack with five kills while providing two blocks and three digs. Jessica Troy (Yonkers, N.Y./Yonkers Middle) tallied three kills.
Madi Aston (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) dished out nine assists and chipped in five digs while Haley Wittenberg (Denver, Pa. /Cocalico), Cassidy Fredo (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills ), and Marlena Pegula (Dunmore, Pa./Dunmore) combined for 17 digs.

Wilkes hit .241 on the night with 35 kills, limiting Keystone to a negative attack percentage (-.188). Hope Ousey led all players with eight kills for WU.
