HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – The Keystone College women's volleyball team battled Centenary University in a non-conference match on Thursday night, falling to the Cyclones in four sets, 14-25, 28-26, 22-25, 19-25.
The Giants drop to 1-12 while the Cyclones improve to 4-6.
STANDOUT PERFORMERS
Adrianna Derrick (Oklahoma City, Okla. /Putman City) tallied a team-high 14 kills on 45 attempts while collecting seven digs.
Hannah Kline (Dallas, Pa. /Lake-Lehman ) just missed a double-double with nine kills and 12 digs, hitting .421, while
Haley Wittenberg (Denver, Pa. /Cocalico),
Madi Aston (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) and
Cassidy Fredo (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills ) had double-digit digs with 17, 14 and 11, respectively.
Marlena Pegula (Dunmore, Pa./Dunmore) contributed five kills, three digs and two aces.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
Centenary's Alyssa Bizzarro had a match-best 22 kills. The Cyclones notched 18 aces on the night. Keystone trailed 16-6 and 20-12 before coming from behind to notch the 28-26 win in the second set.
