LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's basketball team picked up their first win of the 2022-23 campaign over Immaculata University 78-62 Thursday evening. Keystone goes to 1-4 while Immaculata drops to 2-5.
Daivel Jackson (Kingston, N.Y./Kingston) and Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western) combined for 42 points. Jackson had another double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Anderson posted 21 points, six assists, and four rebounds. Javen Flowers-Smith (Atlanta, Ga./Pembroke Pines Charter) had 16 points on the night. D'Andre Sutherland (Miramar, Fla./West Broward) contributed with eight points. Immaculata was led by Tim Schultice who tallied 18 points off the bench.
The Giants outrebounded the Mighty Macs, 37-31. Keystone shot 57 percent from the field. Their largest lead in the game was 32 points.
Keystone will face off against Penn State-Berks at their place on Friday Dec 9 at 6 p.m. Immaculata will be away at Ursinus College on Saturday Dec 10 at 1 p.m.
