LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's basketball team earned a 79-73 win over Wilkes University Tuesday afternoon at the Gambal Athletic Center.
Keystone moves to 4-5 while Wilkes drops to 7-5.
Javen Flowers-Smith (Atlanta, Ga./Pembroke Pines Charter) led Keystone with 26 points, seven assists, and six rebounds. Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western), Daivel Jackson (Kingston, N.Y./Kingston), and Pete Laidley (Miramar, Fla./Pembroke Pines Charter) all finished with 17 points.
Jackson finished with another double-double as he grabbed 12 boards. Anderson and Laidley combined for 12 rebounds.
Four Colonels finished in double figures as Drake Marshall led Wilkes with 21 points and seven rebounds.
Keystone shot 47 percent from three, and outrebounded Wilkes 38-36. The Giants outshot Wilkes 32-14 in the paint.
Keystone will be back after Christmas as they welcome Drew University on Dec. 30 at 6 p.m. Wilkes will faceoff against the University of Pennsylvania in an exhibition contest on Dec. 28 at 2 p.m.
